Tullamore’s Sean Is Tops In Ireland

TULLAMORE Station is celebrating as Staff member, Seán Tobin has been named Station Customer Service person of the year. Seán beat off stiff competition from the other 21 nominees in this category. Vincent Donoghue from Tullamore Station was also nominated.
Seán along with the other nominees were nominated by their colleagues for their excellent customer service. Seán's nomination said: "Seán treats customers like family members which reflects true customer service. A model employee when it comes to providing customer service - every problem is met with the smile which reassures the customer instantly"
The inaugural Iarnród Éireann Customer service awards are designed to acknowledge those, across a range of roles who have excelled in customer service. The categories for nominations were: Station Staff, Onboard Staff, Contractors and Customer Relations.
The Awards took place at Inchicore Training Centre on Tuesday 13th December last.
