Sex Offender Definitely Not Living In Tullamore

GARDAI have confirmed that convicted sex offender Larry Murphy is not living in the Tullamore area.
A rumour which began at Christmas time has grown out of all proportion and gardai in Tullamore say they have been inundated with calls in connection with the man. However, they say there is absolutely no truth in the rumour.
Councillor Brendan Killeavy has also asked people to stop spreading the story as he says it is terrifying women, children and elderly people in the area.
Convicted rapist Larry Murphy was released from jail in 2010 after spending ten and a half years in prison for the abduction, rape and attempted murder of a woman in 2000.
