Kenpo Karate In Tullamore

On Sunday the 18th of July, Tullamore Kenpo Karate, Patrick Square, Tullamore; hosted yet another grading day, where juniors and adults tested for their next level in American Kenpo Karate.
Professor Ed Downey, 7th Dan Black Belt and European Kenpo Karate Director, attended the Tullamore Studio where he put the students through their paces, from kicks and punches, to defence from street attacks.
American Kenpo, not only gives the students a boost in confidence and an ability to defend them selves . It also gives the students a sense of respect for themselves and others.
Professor Downey stated, " The students are of a high standard, with a good knowledge of Karate and the principals behind it"
All in all, the " Karate Kids" of Tullamore, did very well.
