This league which has grown each year for the past decade with cyclists from 10 clubs in 4 different divisions. It has provided a setting for talented cyclists from the midlands, to get a foundation in racing before they continue on to the National and International stage.

A passionate athlete, Seamus has completed many serious cycling challenges during his 23 years in the club. 10 Wicklow 200, A Mizen to Malin non-stop in 19 hours 53 minutes in 2006.
